Most days you'll find me staying active, then relaxing with good music and a well-earned coffee. I'm 36 and I've learned that the best things in life come from being present and grateful. My faith is at the centre of my life — I pray five times a day and try to live by the values I was taught. I enjoy cooking out on weekends and perfecting my coffee-making skills.
